The Village of Oak Park designed a program named Oak Park Energy Navigator (OPEN) to give residents all the tools they need to make homes more comfortable and efficient and to save money on utility bills.

Feedback gathered here helped the project team understand what residents would like to see in the program.

Elevate, a Chicago-based national nonprofit leading the program, is inviting select households to participate in OPEN to receive the following:
  • A home energy assessment
  • A customized Home Energy Roadmap
  • Expert support to help navigate home energy improvements, secure resources, and maximize energy and utility cost savings
