The meeting builds on an initial public meeting held in April and will give community members a chance to see various layouts for new public spaces including plazas, park areas, and potential commercial development above the expressway. The second meeting provides an opportunity to solicit resident input on the most recent design alternatives, which reflect feedback from the previous public meeting as well as sessions with stakeholders and the steering committee.

This initial meeting serves as an opportunity to introduce the Bridging the Ike project and solicit resident feedback to understand the important issues that will help develop and refine the improvement opportunities at I-290 bridge crossings.
