The Village of Oak Park, in partnership with UIC Great Cities Institute (GCI), is conducting a racial equity assessment in the community.
In an effort to capture a wide array of perspectives, GCI has designed a survey to gauge the public’s views and perceptions on racial equity. This survey builds on previous community listening sessions and engagements with Oak Park community leaders.
We genuinely value your input and believe your participation is essential to shaping meaningful discourse around racial equity in Oak Park. By sharing your experiences and insights, you will play a vital role in informing the development of strategies and initiatives to create a more inclusive and just community for all.
Completing the survey should take about 15 minutes, and rest assured, all responses will be kept strictly anonymous. As a token of our appreciation for your time, you'll have the option to enter a raffle for a chance to win one of several $50 gift cards upon survey completion.
