Community Survey

The Disability Access Commission (DAC) wants to hear from you. What are the most pressing needs for individuals with disabilities in our community? What is needed? What can the DAC do better? What can the DAC strive for?  The goal is to use the information in this and future surveys to create a framework to support these needs in our community. Participants can choose to enter a raffle where three (3) random winners will receive a $100 VISA gift card.
